Two Things We Count
MileApp counts two things that affect your monthly bill:| What We Count | Simple Explanation |

| Tasks | Every job or work order you create for your team |
How Your Monthly Limit Works
Think of it like a phone plan with data:- You get a monthly limit - For example, 1,000 visits per month
- We count as you go - Every time you plan routes, we add up the stops
- It resets each month - Your count goes back to zero when your new month starts
- Going over? - Depending on your plan, you might pay extra or need to upgrade
Your “month” starts from the day you signed up, not the 1st of the calendar month.Example: If you signed up on January 15th, your month runs from the 15th to the 14th.
How to Check What You’ve Used
- Click Billing in the menu
- Go to Subscription
- You’ll see how much you’ve used and how much is left
What Happens If I Use More Than My Limit?
This depends on your plan:- Free Plan - You’ll need to wait until next month or upgrade
- Paid Plans - You can keep going, and we’ll add the extra to your next bill
